Our History

Our company was founded in 1995 in Syria, Damascus under the name of Marketing & Management Consultancy – MMC offering services in capacity building training and coaching for companies in the Middle East.

In 2004, MMC signed a strategic partnership with the European University Business School, Geneva, Switzerland, and successfully provided blended education to students in the Middle East.

In 2008, MMC changed its name from Marketing & Management Consultancy to Marketing & Management Group International – MM GI and signed another strategic partnership with Lazarski University in Warsaw, Poland, which resulted in moving the HQ office to Poland, Warsaw.

In 2015, MM GI changed its name to Management and Human Resource Group International, and today through all this history has become well-known among international educational institutions, business societies, and social organizations.

In 2018, MHR GI opened an office in Minsk, Belarus, which has become the new headquarters of the company after signing a partnership with the School of Business of the Belarusian State University and this partnership resulted in the International Executive Business Hub providing a flexible platform for all MHR GI partners to operate and grow together.
